Mojžíšová - Fetal position

Goal of the exercise:

Relaxing the loin area and pelvic floor

Default position
  • Lay on your back
  • Bend your legs
  • Pull your legs towards the torso
  • Clasp your hands and place them below your knees
Phase 1
  • With exhale pull your knees towards the torso
  • In final phase, your pelvis should roll up from the mat
  • With inhale return to the default position and repeat the whole exercise

Common mistakes

  • Pelvis does not roll up from the mat
  • Pulling your knees with your shoulders instead of your elbows
  • Tilting your head
  • Performing the exercise too slow or too fast

How often to exercise

  • Everyday 10-15 rounds
