DESCRIPTION

Correct setting of the arms and legs and leaning on them, that leads to straight trunk and to activation of the deep stabilization system (diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep layer muscles, etc…). These supporting exercises are performed in various positions, from lying on the ground to sitting position and standing position. This exercise activates various muscles and coordination of the muscle chains, which tend to be weakened or overloaded.

WHEN TO APPLY THIS METHOD

During physiotherapy, as a prevention, during therapy of movement disorders in children and adults, who have for example: wrong body posture and movement patterns, overload and wrong joint position, central movement disorder, spine disorder, urogynecological diseases (urinary incontinence, functional sterility), neurological diseases.

WHEN DO WE NOT RECOMMEND

For individuals with mental disorders, with acute heart and blood vessel illnesses.
