Stretching the muscles in the foot on the inner and outer side

This exercise is designed for stretching the toes and feet muscles


Goal of the exercise:

  • Stretching the joints on the feet
  • Stretching the feet
Default position
  • Sit down so that your toes would be with its whole length on the ground
  • You should feel slight tension in the feet
Phase 1
  • Bend the toes in the joints, thanks to which you would stretch the flexors of the toes
  • During a small tension in the feet shift your knees slightly ahead
Phase 2
  • Move your heels inwardly and place the exertion on the big toes
Phase 3
  • Move your heels outwardly and place the exertion on the pinky toes
  • You can switch the sides, and you can also burden only the side which you need to stretch

  • Small stretch between the heel and toes

How often to exercise

  • Exercise daily
  • Stay in the given position for at least 30 to 60 seconds, repeat 3 times
