Exercises against problems with flat feet

You may be amazed, but flat feet can affect even seemingly distant areas of the body. Flat feet can even be the cause of muscle spasms in your calves, which is often blamed on insufficient amount of magnesium in our body. Possible prevention against formation of flat feet are various exercises, another important step is definitely using high quality insoles in your shoes, especially in case of flat feet of second and third degree, as well as a support during static burden and during sport.
