Brunkow - Plank from a sitting position, into a position of "high" tilted sitting position

Goal of the exercise:

  • Straightening the back
Default position
  • Sit on the ground
  • Bend your knees
  • Straighten your back by leaning on your hands and heels
Phase 1
  • Continue to lean on the inner side of the heel and thigh of your left leg, until your pelvis and trunk turns to the side
Phase 2
  • Finish the rotation to your right side, and sit down
Phase 3
  • Return back into the default position, and repeat the whole exercise on each side
