Goal of the exercise:

  • Correct and healthy posture
Default position
  • Sit down
  • Stretch out your head
  • Stretch your neck
  • Pull your shoulders down
  • Direct your chest slightly forward and up
Phase 1
  • Breath into your stomach and groins
  • Exhale
  • Breath into your stomach, sides of your ribs and your loins
  • Exhale
  • Breath into your stomach, sides of your ribs, groins and your back
  • Exhale
  • Breath into your stomach, groins, back and at the same time press your hands into your thighs
  • With exhale release the pressure
