Yoga fish pose - Matsyasana

Goal of the exercise:

  • Developing thoracic breathing
  • It helps during breathing problems
Default position
  • Lay on your back with stretched lower extremities and feet next to each other, move your arms with your palms facing down beneath your buttocks.
  • Push your elbows against the mat, lift your chest up
  • Bend your head backwards and rest the top of your head against the mat
  • Breathe into your chest.
