Yoga poses

The meaning of the word yoga is "to unite" , this physical activity helps to connect your body with your soul.

Yoga contains many types, from simple poses to the more demanding ones. The rhythm of going from one position to another, length of concentration and becoming aware of your body is also differing according to the type of yoga. It serves as a prevention and can be used in physiotherapy as well as in treatment for: high blood pressure, asthma, vertebrogenic illness or orthopedic disorders.
