FORMATION OF WRINKLES

Formation of wrinkles is connected with not only frequent muscle movement, especially frowning and smiling, but also with loss of collagen. The skin gets thinner with higher age, the amount of produced collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid is getting lower as well. The muscle tension is stronger than the flexibility of the skin, that is when muscle contractions begin to form wrinkles on the skin. Dehydrated skin is more likely to form wrinkles. That applies especially for the wrinkles on the forehead. Hydratation of the skin can be recovered not only by drinking enough water, but also by sprinkling water over the face. Formation of wrinkles is apart from genetics affected also by smoking, frequently varying weight and by being exposed to the UV light. Frequent sunbathing activates certain enzymes in the skin, which disrupt the structure of collagen and that way prevent the recovering function of the skin. Among other factors is insufficient amount of sleep, stress or excessive consumption of alcohol.
DECREASING OCCURRENCE OF MIMIC WRINKLES
There are unlimited numbers of creams, gels, active serums and face lifting products, which can in the meantime stretch out your skin and smoothen it. However, not even plastic surgery will ensure you with a lasting effect, on the contrary, you may end up with a changed expression of your face, which is not always a desirable result. After lowered occurrence of mimic wrinkles it is necessary to keep a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, as well as getting sufficient amount of sleep, drinking enough water, avoiding drinking alcohol, smoking and being exposed to UV light. Don’t forget to use creams which you should apply every morning and evening. And even thought creams won’t smoothen out all the wrinkles, you will mitigate the formation of the new wrinkles. For the wrinkles around the mouth is recommended to use products with hyaluronic acid, which is able to fill in the thin wrinkles.
FOCUSED SHOCK WAVE
Focused shock wave has an effect on the activation of the cells which produce collagen in the deep layers of the skin. Blood circulation beneath the skin gets increased, and it leads also to accelerated outflow of the metabolic waste thanks to the lymphatic vessels. Shock wave therapy can offer you effective and long-lasting correction of the wrinkles thanks to the application of the shock wave directly into the problematic area. The effect of the shock wave therapy is not only visible, but also long-lasting. The ideal number of applications is 6, with interval around 7-10 days. It is ideal to repeat the therapy at least once after 6 months.
